Previously great; sizing is off on this batch

I have ordered these previously for my son and they were great. Pre-ordered 3 pairs for my daughter and the size is way off. They are way too long in the foot. I tried them on thinking maybe they were an adult size and just mislabeled, but they are also too long in the foot for me, and the circumference is too tight for me. I ordered lounge socks for myself and the kids in the same pre-order and those sizes were great. Not sure what’s up with the nature socks sizes this time but it’s not as expected. Disappointing. Emailed Nui about returning them a week ago, still no response. Also disappointing.

Cozy socks!

We have some of these socks that my daughter has been wearing for years, and they keep her feet warm and cozy. I just ordered more, and love that they come in recyclable packaging with no plastic!

Sizing difficult to gauge

We had the size 2/3 y of these and I bought two sizes
up because they ran a bit small and my child’s foot measurement on the size chart matched the size 7/9 y. Wow, they are so long! The size 7/9 y fits me, women’s size 7.5 US shoes size.

Stay up, keep toes warm

My daughter is fussy about her socks sliding down. These stay up, which makes her happy, and they keep her feet warm which makes me happy. They are a good weight for most shoes, but don’t keep feet as warm on bare floors as some other wool socks. They seem to run a tad big. Have held up well so far!
